• Attend Court to represent you as your town agent in all appearances in all courts located in Melbourne CBD.
• Attend court registry for return of subpoenas to uplift documents;
• Arrange for service of court documents;

Volume work and one off work is welcome. Costs for town agency work are provided on a case by case basis. Generally we will charge our hourly rates for all work carried out. In some cases, we ask that principal solicitors pay a monthly retainer for town agency work. We do not provide complimentary or free Court filing or town agency services.
